I have become quite the coffee connoisseur ever since I purchased the Rancilio Siliva, a semi-commercial espresso machine, as a christmas gift for my mother. I was designed the home barista, as I was the only one to master milk frothing (although I am still lost as to how latte art is made), and I made it my goal to produce excellent espresso.
