Print The Rancilio Rocky

I have become quite the coffee connoisseur ever since I purchased the Rancilio Siliva, a semi-commercial espresso machine, as a christmas gift for my mother. I was designed the home barista, as I was the only one to master milk frothing (although I am still lost as to how latte art is made), and I made it my goal to produce excellent espresso. However, as I began trying different espresso varieties, I had a hard time controlling the consistency of the brew. That was when I decided I needed a grinder to remove the variability that was present in using pre-ground espresso. There were a multitude of choices availably ranging from the cheep hand crank to the uber-expensive conical burr grinders costing more than the espresso machine itself. Finally, I settled on the Rocky.
